Experienced With Fire Arms related Offenses

I am experienced in Defending firearm related offenses and have successfully had firearm regulations held unconstitutional in Solomon v. Madigan et al 17-cv-06144 where the ban on carrying concealed weapons in the forrest preserve was stricken down. I have defended the following types of cases

1. Unlawful Use of a Weapon by a Felon:  720 ILCS 5/24-1.1

2. Unlawful Use of a Weapon:: 720 ILCS 5/24-1 

3. Aggravated Unlawful Use of a Weapon:: 720 ILCS 5/24-1.6

4. Armed Habitual Criminal: 720 ILCS 5/24-1.7 

5. Armed Violence: 720 ILCS 5/33A-2

6. Aggravated Discharge of a Firearm: 720 ILCS 5/24-1.2)

7. Aggravated Battery with a Firearm: 720 ILCS 5/12-3.05
